Charles Miéville

Charles is an assistant in the residential real estate team. Charles draws on his 8 years of commercial real estate experience at his previous City firm, and acts for both private individuals in purely residential acquisitions and disposals, as well as clients investing or developing property, including those with mixed use or the potential for conversion to residential. Additionally, he acts for banks in residential matters, particularly in relation to enforcing security over residential properties.

- Acted for owner of a mixed use, high value Central London building in restructuring the leasehold interests
