  • Advised London based Islamic Bank on the real estate aspects of its Sharia’a compliant lending for a mixed use development scheme worth £100 million – (a deal which won Real Estate Islamic finance deal of the year)
  • Advised a leading supermarket on the acquisition of a number of new store sites in central London
  • Advised an investor on the letting of and the potential development issues (including in relation to rights of light) relating to a central London site
  • Advised a University on it taking leases for its main campus buildings in central London
  • Advised a developer on all development issues relating to a site intended for the development of 368 homes and 12,000 sqm of office, retail and leisure facilities
  • Advised a leading intelligent information/news provider on all of its real estate management matters on numerous properties in the City.
  • Advised major high street clearing banks and other banks on the property aspects of a number of multi-million pound real estate finance transactions and restructuring transactions
