Landlord and tenant: advising both landlords and tenants on the letting and acquisition of leasehold property across all sectors, and dealing with asset management matters;
Development: advising on all real estate aspects of development projects for property companies, landed estates and private investors (in particular mixed use schemes), including site assembly, securing vacant possession, the creation of holding and development structures, and letting and disposal arrangements;

Advised a leading UK care homes operator on the acquisitions and disposals of care home sites throughout England and Wales
Advised (during a secondment programme in Paris to Armfelt et Associes) a global hotel owner/operator on the disposal of a portfolio of 34 branded hotels in France, Belgium and Italy to a leading US private equity house
Advised on a number of forward funding development purchases on behalf of an investment fund, in particular relating to out-of-town retail stores in Sedgefield and Alton and a significant student accommodation facility in Durham
