  • Advised in connection with the freehold disposal of fully tenanted commercial premises in Grafton Street, London
  • Advised on project procurement strategy and associated documentation and the management of the transaction process in relation to the construction of a new headquarters building for a major UK charity based in Grantham
  • Drafted and negotiated building contracts and professional appointments for the fit-out of a central London office space for a leading private equity firm
