  • Setting up a group structure of LLPs and companies for the operation of a multinational online delivery price-comparison websites.
  • Implementation of a private equity investment into a chain of restaurants.
  • Preparation of an agreement for a software developer to produce a series of bespoke “apps” for its client.
  • Insolvency-induced sale of a library of classic film copyrights and related assets.
  • Sale of a company operating a business of managing classical music artists and the organisation of touring for orchestras.
  • Preparation of trade mark licence agreements involving complex formulae for calculation of royalties.
  • Negotiating the departure of two shareholders from a company with the removal of onerous financial liabilities as well as implementing the arrangements on very advantageous terms to the client.
  • Advising upon and implementing a merger between two chains of residential lettings agencies.
