Pemberton Greenish expands Commercial Real Estate team
Pemberton Greenish has announced the appointment of three specialist commercial property lawyers to its real estate team. Following previous expansion of this core practice group the real estate team now comprises over 40 practitioners. Tom Fellows joins as an associate from Cripps LLP, prior to which he was atStephenson Harwood. Tom advises on all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, portfolio management and corporate real estate. Laura Teodorescu joins as an associate from Kennedys, having previously trained and qualified at White & Case. Laura is a construction lawyer advising on both contentions and non-contentious work including construction disputes in the UK and overseas. Nicholeena Vedi joins as an associate from RadcliffesLeBrasseur where she completed her training contract. Nicholeena will specialise in commercial real estate.
