Annual LEASE Conference 2016
Anna Favre and Katherine Simpson will be presenting at the annual LEASE conference on 2 February 2016 covering legal issues in valuation. The LEASE conference is one of the real estate industry’s key events attracting a large audience and wide range of expert speakers. As previously the event will be chaired by Damian Greenish.

In a long awaited judgment, handed down on 2 December 2015, the Supreme Court has given a definitive answer to the question of whether a tenant is entitled to claim an apportioned sum of rent from his landlord following the exercise of a break notice in the middle of a quarter.
