Experience

• Advising participants on claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 for the collective purchase of the freehold by way of a corporate nominee
• Advising the minority shareholder interests in a family-owned investment company on their minority rights and assisting with developing various strategies to maximise their interests
• Advising various clients on the Bribery Act 2010 and preparing anti-bribery/anti-corruption policies
